Oktoberfest Beer Prices Rise Moderately Amid Long-Term Surge

The 2025 Oktoberfest in Munich sees only a slight increase in beer prices compared to previous years, a relief to festival-goers wary of escalating costs. The iconic Maß beer is priced at an average of 15.61 euros this year, reflecting a 2.4% increase from the last festival, according to data from the Munich Statistics Office. This rate of increase, termed by some as 'Wiesnflation,' is notably lower than Germany's expected overall inflation rate of around three percent.
