This included overseeing various business interests such as restaurants, car dealerships, and a winery.
In 2015, Sperbeck collaborated with winemaker Rob Mondavi Jr. to establish 7Cellars by John Elway, further expanding the Hall of Famer's entrepreneurial footprint. Additionally, he co-founded Sullivan & Sperbeck, a sports marketing firm that was acquired by Octagon in 2001. Sperbeck later led Octagon's football division from 2001 to 2009, before founding The NOVO Agency, where he served as CEO and represented numerous current and former NFL players and coaches.
