In Jockgrim, an unsettling incident unfolded on a playground located on Schelmenwaldstraße on Friday evening. Around 10:30 PM, two young individuals found themselves facing intimidation from a group of peers they had not encountered before.
As the victims were walking along the street, the other group demanded that they vacate the area. Ignoring this request, the victims continued on their path. In response, one of the aggressors brandished a telescopic baton, although he did not use it against them. Fortunately, the victims were able to leave the scene unharmed.
The individual who wielded the baton was described as being of sturdy build, wearing a blue training jacket and glasses. The others in the group were characterized as having darker skin tones, with one sporting a full beard and another with blonde hair.
The local police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information regarding the individuals involved to come forward. They can contact the Wörth police station at 07271 92210 or via email at piwoerth@polizei.rlp.de.
