Elon Musk's political lobbying organization, America PAC, is facing a lawsuit in a federal court in the United States over allegations that it failed to pay promised rewards to registered voters in seven states. The lawsuit suggests that the group did not fulfill its commitment to compensate individuals who signed a petition or referred other voters.

In the lead-up to the November presidential election, Musk had offered voters in key states $47 initially, followed by an increase to $100, for signing a petition supporting the U.S. Constitution. Additionally, individuals were to receive bonuses for successfully referring other voters to the petition.

However, according to three plaintiffs from Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Georgia, the promised payments were not fully delivered. The class action suit, filed in Philadelphia, seeks to represent all individuals affected by this alleged oversight. As of now, Elon Musk, who is recognized as the wealthiest person in the world, has not responded to media inquiries regarding this situation.

A separate class action lawsuit has also emerged against Musk's lobby group, targeting another promise made by the organization. This claim revolves around a contest that purportedly offered $1 million daily to individuals who signed a petition advocating for constitutional protections related to freedom of speech and gun ownership. The lawsuit accuses the contest of being fraudulent.

As these legal challenges unfold, they highlight the complexities and potential pitfalls associated with political fundraising and advocacy, especially in an election year. The outcome of these lawsuits may not only affect the reputation of Musk's organization but also influence the broader landscape of political lobbying practices in the United States.
