WHO Warns of Potential Collapse in Global Tuberculosis Efforts
Section: Health
In the early hours of the morning, a significant fire broke out on the roof of a residential building located on Czeminskistraße in Berlin-Schöneberg. The Berlin fire department responded swiftly with around 90 firefighters to combat the blaze, which has rendered the entire structure likely uninhabitable.
The incident prompted an immediate evacuation of the building, and fortunately, all residents were able to exit safely without any injuries reported. Fire crews are currently engaged in extensive efforts to extinguish the fire and are expected to continue their operations well into the afternoon as they search for hidden hotspots.
As of now, the Langenscheidbrücke has been closed to facilitate the firefighting efforts, and the authorities are advising local residents to remain clear of the area. The situation is still developing, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
