Google photographed streets worldwide for its Street View project. The recordings are linked to the Internet Map service. A few weeks ago it became known that Google monitored and stored data from wireless Wi-Fi Networks that hundreds of companies and citizens use.
Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann (CSU) took urgent measures to prevent misusage of the collected data.
