Bocholt - Authorities are investigating a disturbing incident that occurred on February 23, 2025, when a 24-year-old woman was allegedly harassed while jogging. The woman was exercising around 2:55 PM on An der Heggenaa street when a cyclist approached her from behind.

As the cyclist passed by, he reportedly made an inappropriate physical contact with her, specifically touching her rear, before fleeing the scene towards Weidenstraße. This act has raised serious concerns within the community, prompting law enforcement to take immediate action.

The suspect has been described as approximately 1.70 meters tall with a slim build. He was seen wearing black jogging pants adorned with white stripes near the knees, likely from the brand Hummel. The cyclist was riding a silver Dutch-style bicycle at the time of the incident.
