30-Year-Old Man Found Walking on Train Tracks in Allensbach

On March 27, a 30-year-old man of Syrian nationality was observed walking on the train tracks near the platform in Allensbach around noon, prompting a temporary suspension of train services in the area.

The situation was reported to the Federal Police by a fellow passenger who noticed the individual on the tracks. Witnesses indicated that the man was strolling in a dangerous area where trains frequently pass.

In an effort to avert a possible accident, the train conductor of a service traveling from Singen to Konstanz sounded a warning horn, which successfully prompted the man to leave the tracks. Fortunately, no injuries occurred, and there were no accidents reported as a result of this incident.

The railway line was closed for less than half an hour while authorities addressed the situation. Following the event, the Federal Police conducted a risk assessment with the individual and initiated an investigation to understand the circumstances surrounding the incident.
