Exciting news for airplane enthusiasts: Lufthansa's Airbus A 380, the biggest airliner in the world, is landing in Munich on wednesday the second of June, announced Lufthansa spokeswoman Bettina Rittberger.

The plane is scheduled to arrive in the late afternoon during Line Training. The aircraft, which has been named Frankfurt, will primarily be used for training pilots and crew members and will be heading to many airports. The second A380 is due to arrive at Moos-Airport in early summer and will be named after the regional capital, a gift in celebration of Munich's 850th birthday from Lufthansa.
