In a separate incident in Buchholz, a 34-year-old man attempted to escape from the police by climbing over a balcony on the third floor of a neighboring building. This occurred on March 13, 2024, around 11:50 AM, following a call to law enforcement regarding disturbances at an apartment on Berliner Straße. After leaving his friend's residence, the man attempted to flee but fell onto the balconies below and subsequently onto the grass area. Fortunately, he sustained only minor injuries.

During his arrest, the man resisted by spitting at an officer. Authorities reported that he appeared to be under the influence of drugs, and a blood test was administered. Various legal actions are being pursued against him as a result of his behavior.
