A musician from Berlin had to be treated by doctors after he left his violin, worth around one million euros on a regional train in Munich.
The 55 year-old was traveling home from a concert on the S-Bahn when he got off and left the instrument, made in Italy in 1748, on the seat beside him. As soon as the police had been informed a search of the S-Bahns was conducted and the instrument was found exactly where the musician had left it. Both violin and musician are safely in Asia where the gentleman has since performed.
