A serious accident occurred in Berlin's Kreuzberg district when a motorhome collided with a car, leaving six individuals injured. According to police reports, the incident was triggered when the 30-year-old motorhome driver allegedly ignored a stop sign while approaching an intersection, subsequently crashing into the vehicle driven by a 19-year-old man.

The young driver sustained severe injuries, including significant damage to his arm and head. His 18-year-old passenger, who was trapped inside the car post-collision, also suffered serious head injuries. Additionally, two other passengers, both aged 18, and a 17-year-old male, experienced minor injuries. The motorhome driver was reported to have sustained light injuries.

Initial investigations suggest that the car was speeding at the time of the accident. The force of the impact caused the car to spin, leading it to collide with a streetlight and a parked vehicle. The collision further resulted in damage to three additional parked cars, which were pushed as a consequence of the crash.

The accident scene required the closure of the intersection for approximately three hours as emergency services and police conducted their investigations and cleared the area.

This incident highlights the ongoing concerns regarding road safety and the importance of adhering to traffic regulations. Authorities urge drivers to remain vigilant and respect traffic signals to prevent such unfortunate events in the future.
