Recently, Japanese hobbyist Kenji Ishida revealed a new version of his real-life, remote controlled, Transformer Robot Car. The robo will be presented officially at the Maker Faire Tokyo 2012. The robot/car was made using a custom 3D printer, designed by Mr. Ishida himself, and it is able to transform from a sports car into a walking robot, and then back to a car, all within seconds. The new robot, inspired in the classical Transformers series,  will be available for sale at some point, although only 10 units are so far planned for production and the price tag has not been announced yet.
