Man Arrested for Sexual Harassment on Train from Munich to Hamburg

The event unfolded at approximately 3:58 PM when the man reportedly inappropriately touched the women, aged 19 and 41, on their bodies and thighs without consent. The victims reacted by pushing the man's arms away and sought assistance from the train conductor. The conductor promptly notified the federal police, who detained the suspect upon the train's arrival at Hamburg Central Station at 4:24 PM. Despite attempting to evade apprehension, the man was secured and taken to a federal police station for processing. He was also found to be traveling without a valid ticket. Following the incident, the women filed formal complaints against the man and were released after initial questioning. The suspect refused to undergo a breathalyzer test but admitted to his actions during the investigation.
