Knife Threat in Koblenz: Man Attempts to Rob Young Woman

Koblenz - In the early hours of March 8, 2025, a 25-year-old woman became the target of an attempted robbery while walking along Rizzastraße. A male assailant confronted her, brandishing a knife and demanding that she hand over her mobile phone.

When the victim refused to comply with his demands, the perpetrator fled the scene in an unknown direction. The suspect is described as approximately 173 cm tall, with curly hair, and was wearing a dark jacket at the time of the incident.

Authorities have indicated that the incident was reported later, and they are urging anyone who may have witnessed the event or has information regarding the suspect to contact the Koblenz Police Department at 0261/92156300.

The police are actively investigating the matter and are seeking assistance from the public to help identify the individual involved. Such incidents are taken very seriously, and measures are being implemented to ensure community safety.
