According to reports, the victim and her 14-year-old friend were approached by an unidentified man who used his dog as a pretext to initiate a conversation. During this interaction, the man allegedly inappropriately touched the girl. In response to the assault, both girls fled the scene and sought safety nearby.

At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black turtleneck sweater with thin silver stripes, occasionally a black wool hat, and blue jeans. The man was accompanied by a dog that stands around 60 to 70 cm tall with short brown fur.
