Accessibility: The access to the music arena is barrier-free. Tickets for wheelchair users can be ordered directly by phone at Tollwood: 089-38 38 50 0. Ticket shipping is free. Reserved spaces for wheelchairs are available in the music arena - for seated concerts, spaces in the front area are reserved, and for standing concerts, a platform for wheelchairs is set up. The entrance for wheelchair users is located at the fence to the left of the gate to the music arena.

Bus: StadBus 144 stop "Olympiaberg" - stop directly at the main entrance.
Metro: Bus 53 Infanteriestraße or Leonrodplatz (approximately 7-10 minutes walking to the festival).
U-Bahn: U2/U3/U8 Scheidplatz (from there take Bus 144 to "Olympiaberg").
