We encourage visitors to use public transportation or bicycles to reach the festival. The nearest bus stops are "Olympiaberg" (Bus 144) and "Infanteriestraße" (Bus 53), both within walking distance. For subway access, take lines U2/U3/U8 to Scheidplatz and transfer to Bus 144.

Access to the Music Arena is fully barrier-free. Tickets for wheelchair users can be ordered directly by phone at 089-38 38 50 0, and shipping is free. Special seating for wheelchair users is reserved at concerts, with designated areas in the front for seated events and a platform for standing shows. The entrance for wheelchair users is located to the left of the main gate to the Music Arena.
