Accessibility:
The Schauspielhaus has an accessible entrance and access but is reached through two non-automated swinging doors. An accessible restroom is available on the ground floor. There are four wheelchair spaces in the auditorium.
The Therese-Giehse-Halle has an accessible entrance but is reached through a non-automated glass door. An accessible restroom is located on the first basement level, accessible via an elevator. Wheelchair spaces must be reserved at the box office.
The Werkraum has an entrance ramp from outside. Access is through a non-automated, heavy glass door. An accessible restroom is located on the first floor, reachable via an elevator. Another accessible restroom is on the second floor (the key for the elevator to this floor can be obtained at the Conviva restaurant on the ground floor). The Werkraum on the third floor is accessible via the elevator.
The Habibi Kiosk has an accessible entrance. The entrance is through a non-automated glass door.
For visually impaired and blind individuals, selected performances are offered with audio description (narrative description) and tactile tours. An audio description is provided through headphones and narrates the events on stage in explanatory language, in collaboration with "Hörfilm München - Barrierefreie Filme". Tactile tours allow pre-exploration of the stage set, costumes, and props.
