The exhibition is based on Cheang's dystopian experimental film "Fresh Kills" from 1994. Through three distinct scenarios, it showcases updated and previously unpublished works by the artist, allowing visitors to explore her visionary techniques. Featured works include internet-based installations, software interactions, and multiplayer performances that invite audience participation, emphasizing an interactive experience rather than merely presenting individual objects.

Cheang's art can be described as an "experience machine," as her futuristic narratives often revolve around non-human intelligences, both artificial and natural. Following exhibitions by Dumb Type, Tony Cokes, and WangShui, the Haus der Kunst continues its commitment to contemporary and new media with this exhibition.
