The Instituto Cervantes in Munich presents a special concert featuring the renowned pianist Rosa Torres-Pardo. An award-winning musician recognized with numerous accolades, including Spain's National Music Prize and the Premio Nacional de Música Serrada, she is one of the most prominent pianists of her generation. Having studied under esteemed instructors such as Maria Curcio in London and at the Juilliard School in New York, she has performed on significant international stages as a member of the New York Opera Society. In this concert, Rosa Torres-Pardo will interpret a representative selection of 20th-century Spanish piano music. The program 'Un viaje por España' (A Journey Through Spain) will feature works by Oscar Esplá, Enrique Granados, Federico Mompou, and Manuel de Falla, offering a multifaceted auditory journey through the Spanish music landscape.
