The group exhibition focuses on various series of works by artists Stephan Balkenhol, Leiko Ikemura, Maximilian Rödel, Thomas Ruff, Thomas Struth, and Thu-Van Tran. The selected pieces, spanning different media and art historical traditions, share a sensual approach to nature. However, in an increasingly efficiency-driven and fast-paced technoid society, nature is increasingly subjected to interferences and transformations by humans, as well as being viewed as a resource. This ambivalence is also explored in the exhibition.
