Formed in 1983 in Montesano, Washington, the Melvins are recognized as one of the most influential bands in modern music. Founded by Buzz Osborne (vocals/guitar) and joined the following year by drummer Dale Crover, the Melvins pioneered the cross-genre fusion of punk rock and heavy metal. Over their four-decade career, they have released more than 30 albums, countless live recordings, as well as numerous singles and rarities. With their latest album 'Thunderball,' the band is set to return to Germany.
