Körperwelten in München: Am Puls der Zeit
The Body Worlds exhibition returns to Munich for the third time, this time addressing a very current theme: How vulnerable is the human body and what potentials does it hold? Plastinator Dr. Gunther von Hagens and curator Dr. Angelina Whalley encourage visitors to become more aware of their health and to question the effects of modern lifestyles. The exhibition covers aspects such as nutrition, physical activity, and immune strengthening, while providing approaches for a healthy and long life.
Real human specimens, including whole-body plastinates, offer detailed insights into anatomy, organ function, and the interplay between organs. It also vividly explains common diseases and their origins.
