The theme 'At the Pulse of Time' serves as a reflection on the speed of modern life and its impact on our bodies and health. Dr. Whalley emphasizes that our bodies mirror our lifestyle choices: every action we take, whether it's being physically active, our dietary habits, stress levels, or the quality of our social and family environments, influences our physical health, both positively and negatively.
