Kitchen Culture
The exhibition 'Kitchen Culture' explores nearly 100 years of kitchen design, from the first fitted kitchen to today's customized options. Throughout this period, designers and architects have continually developed innovative solutions in response to societal and daily life changes. The exhibition showcases significant milestones in kitchen history from the extensive collection of Die Neue Sammlung. Highlights include works by renowned figures such as Margarete Schütte-Lihotzky (Frankfurter Küche, 1926), as well as contributions from Bauhaus and post-war periods, including notable designs by Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand, André Wogenscky, Arne Jacobsen, and Stefan Wewerka, among others.
