The daily trip to the mailbox is often associated with negative emotions for many people, as there's a constant fear of receiving threatening letters from authorities, bills, reminders, and other bad news. The Chemnitz-based quartet Power Plush aims to eliminate this 'letter anxiety' and transform it into an anticipatory and ultimately empowering feeling. Their upcoming second studio album 'Love Language,' set to be released on April 25, 2025, is envisioned as a bundle of progressive, positive messages and emotional eruptions; a portable safe space; a vibrant package of music that ideally reaches every mailbox in the world. Anja, Maria, Svenja, and Nino have been on this journey together for five years, often traveling extensively. Power Plush has covered significant distances through Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands while supporting acts like Kraftklub, Beatsteaks, Von Wegen Lisbeth, Blond, Tocotronic, Kaffkiez, Bukahara, the Leoniden, and Bosse, in addition to numerous festival outings over three thrilling summer seasons.
