Gregor McEwan
***Rescheduled due to illness to February 7, 2026***
Gregor McEwan is back on the road to present brand new, unreleased songs. Of course, he will also perform pieces from his first five albums: Houses And Homes, Much Ado About Loving, From A To Beginning, Four Seasons, and Going Solo, which have drawn comparisons to international genre giants such as Glen Hansard, Damien Rice, City And Colour, and Noel Gallagher.
Excerpt from the press release by Linus Volkmann:
Listeners are simply moved by the emotional depth of these songs. They possess the power to evoke tears, even when played on a shabby acoustic guitar by a campfire. However, Gregor McEwan enhances them with a varied sound aesthetic, demonstrating the exceptional position he holds as an artist based in Berlin. These songs are almost obscenely virtuosic, a true essence of his craft. Perhaps McEwan has never laid out his art so focused before. These pieces are an experience! The adrenaline, the joy, the melancholy that floods you is what this form of music is all about - nothing else. After listening, I am left utterly spent. Thank you for that!
