Gerd Baumann und Marcus H. Rosenmüller

Vereinsheim

Join us on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 19:30 to 21:30 for an unforgettable evening of poetry and music with Gerd Baumann and Marcus H. Rosenmüller. In their first collaboration, the duo discovered their mutual passion for poetry reminiscent of the styles of Ringelnatz, Gernhardt, and Morgenstern. They read their rhymed works to each other, eventually drifting into sleep, where they found themselves unexpectedly united in a shared dream. In this dream, they heroically battled against evil forces, unearthed treasures, and were rewarded by enchanting fairies. Upon awakening, they resolved to embark on real-life adventures, documenting their experiences in verse and song to delight their eager audience.

Throughout their poems, Baumann and Rosenmüller question the laws of life, existence, and society, arriving at a clear conclusion: Everything must be overturned! The evening will be filled with laughter, tears, wonder, and contemplation as they explore the question of how, while the question of who will be answered a thousand times: If not who you.

This endeavor has been so successful that the Munich-based Kunstmann Publishing House has brought their whimsical yet profound poems to print, now available in an illustrated hardcover edition titled 'Wenn nicht wer du.'
