After a six-year hiatus, Efdemin returns with POLY, his fifth studio album, released on the recently revived label Ostgut Ton, the in-house label of Berghain. The title POLY suggests a focus on diversity, exploring rhythm, texture, style, and emotions. The album weaves a multidimensional tapestry of sound references across eleven tracks, drawing on past approaches to club music while boldly venturing into new territory.
