Der kleine Drache Kokosnuss

Deutsches Theater

Family-friendly puppet theater featuring a dragon with a fear of heights, a magical pirate ship, and great friends: The Kammerpuppenspiele Bielefeld presents the thrilling and humorous story of Der kleine Drache Kokosnuss by Ingo Siegner. This puppet theater show, with its colorful set design and live singing, invites fans of Kokosnuss aged 4 and up on an adventurous journey.

The dragon's life could be wonderful, but what should one do when facing a flying test and suffering from acrophobia? That's the predicament of little dragon Kokosnuss. His friends, prickly Matilda the hedgehog and wild goose Dieter the Düse, are determined to help him learn to fly.

Kokosnuss makes great progress, but suddenly, a pirate ship lands on Dragon Island. The pirates aim to capture a dragon to present to the wizard Ziegenbart, for only with a dragon can Ziegenbart become the greatest wizard of the seven seas. Kokosnuss is caught by the pirates, and Matilda is transformed into a stone. Now, only a miracle can help them...

The Kammerpuppenspiele Bielefeld brings stories to life. Following the success of Der kleine Rabe Socke, the ensemble showcases Der kleine Drache Kokosnuss in the new season with a delightful puppet theater performance in the Silbersaal. With joy and playfulness, impressive large puppets, loving table marionettes, and a fantastic set design, it takes both young and old on exciting and educational adventures.
