Bruckner Akademie Orchester
Join us on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at 19:00 at the KUBIZ - Kultur- und Bildungszentrum Unterhaching for an enchanting evening of classical music performed by the Bruckner Akademie Orchester. The concert will feature Paul Hindemith's Symphony 'Mathis der Maler,' which premiered in 1934 and is renowned for its vibrant musical interpretation of the visual motifs from the 'Isenheimer Altarpiece.' In the second half of the concert, enjoy Anton Bruckner's Ninth Symphony in D minor, which he dedicated to 'the dear God.' Although Bruckner completed only the first three movements before his passing in 1896, the Adagio is often regarded as his finest and most beautiful movement.
The Bruckner Akademie Orchester brings together talented musicians from around the globe for focused rehearsal sessions and performances under the direction of conductor Jordi Mora. The orchestra aims to regularly study and perform Bruckner's symphonic works.
