Drunken Man Arrested for Antisemitic Graffiti in Berlin

Upon their arrival, officers found the suspect in a highly intoxicated state. He was carrying multiple pieces of chalk and exhibited signs of significant alcohol consumption, with a reported breath alcohol concentration nearing 2.8 promille.
