From the 8th to the 15th of May 2013 DOK.fest will once again show the newest worldwide documentary films, previews, and trailers - right here in Munich.
Films will presented all over the city at a variety of venues. The festival is a unique chance to see documentary films that typically have a difficult time getting into wide release where they can reach a more diverse audience. Over the last three decades, DOK.fest Munich has become the second largest documentary film festival in Germany.
Also running during this busy period is the DOK.forum, the media platform, will take place and aims to inform the professional audience as well as film fans. This is a week that will include premieres, fascinating workshops, visits from film directors from throughout the world, and perhaps some surprise appearances .
