Münich - A 49-year-old DJ, identified as Robert S., is currently on trial at the Munich District Court, facing serious allegations of sexual abuse involving a minor. According to the prosecution, he is accused of manipulating and psychologically coercing a 13-year-old girl, whom he reportedly met through his own daughter.

The prosecution claims that the defendant, originally from the United States, initiated contact with the young victim during a birthday party for his daughter, which was celebrated with a group of young people. Initially, their conversations centered around music, but these discussions soon took a disturbing turn, evolving into inappropriate messages.

Over a period of several months, Robert S. allegedly arranged multiple meetings with the girl, during which he is claimed to have sexually abused her approximately twice a month. Furthermore, he is accused of persuading her to send explicit images and videos, further exploiting her vulnerability.

After the victim's 14th birthday, the nature of the alleged abuse became more severe. The prosecution contends that Robert S. instructed the girl to engage in sexual acts with men she supposedly connected with on TikTok, while he remained concealed, thereby abusing her without her knowledge.

The defense lawyer representing Robert S. is Ömer Sahinci, who is preparing to contest the charges. The prosecution has described the defendant's actions as psychological manipulation, exploiting the victim's inexperience and emotional immaturity. According to the prosecution, Robert S. would use emotional withdrawal as punishment whenever the girl resisted his advances, further establishing control over her.

The alleged abuse reportedly occurred over a span of more than a year, culminating in Robert S.'s arrest in the summer of 2024. Since then, he has been in pre-trial detention, and he has remained silent regarding the accusations. The police interrogation of the victim was conducted in a private setting, ensuring her privacy during the legal proceedings. A verdict is anticipated by the end of April, with Robert S. facing a potential prison sentence of up to five years if convicted.
