We are delighted to announce our next upcoming event for Expats in Munich:

"Magic in the City" – A Magic & Dinner Soirée

The Munich Eye, a newspaper for Expats in Munich in English, has joined forces with the wonderful magician Jörg Alexander to bring the spark of magic to those of you who don’t speak German.

Since the age of ten, Jörg Alexander has been fascinated by the Art of Magic. After having finished his studies of electrical engineering, he turned his passion into his profession – this was almost thirty years ago. His performances have taken him all over the world, from New York to Beijing, from Buenos Aires to St. Petersburg. He won several awards at national and international championships of magic and recently appeared on American television on the prestigious "Fool Us" show, receiving high praise from his colleagues Penn & Teller:

He regularly performs in magic theaters in Munich and Nuremberg and this year marks the tenth run of his successful "Magie und Kulinarik" series, combining high class magic with the delicious food of kitchen fairy Stefanie Sammeck of TasteMunich. For the first time, he and the charming Carola will perform "Magic in the City", an English version of their wonderful show in the Teamtheater Salon, right next to Viktualienmarkt.

The Soirée will include a welcome drink, some canapés, and an ample offering of fingerfood specialities. The ticket price is 85€, further drinks are not included (but available at extra cost). A minimum age of 12 is recommended.
