Lemgo experienced a troubling incident on Saturday evening when a betting shop on Steinweg became the target of an armed robbery. At approximately 10:15 PM, two masked individuals entered the establishment and threatened the employee with a firearm, demanding the cash from the register.

However, the cash drawer was empty, leading to a brief struggle between the assailants and the staff member. During the altercation, one of the perpetrators managed to seize the employee's wristwatch before both suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction.
