Youth Assaulted by Trio of Robbers in Hamburg

In a troubling incident that occurred in Hamburg's Bramfeld district, two young men were attacked by a group of three unidentified assailants. The incident took place on September 1, 2025, around 10:05 PM, while the victims, aged 17 and 18, were in a public green space on Fabriciusstraße.

The assailants approached the teenagers under the pretense of wanting to purchase marijuana. When the victims declined the offer, the situation escalated rapidly. One of the attackers physically assaulted the 18-year-old, prompting both youths to flee the scene.

During their escape, the assailants pursued them, with one of the attackers threatening the 17-year-old with a knife. In a violent confrontation, the assailant struck the young man in the face and shoulder with a beer bottle, resulting in serious injuries to the victim's eye. The 18-year-old also sustained minor injuries during the altercation.

Following the assault, the robbers made off with the personal belongings of the older victim. Subsequently, the two young men reported the incident to the police, providing detailed descriptions of their attackers.

The first assailant is described as approximately 185 cm tall, with a slender build, short brown hair, and a northern European appearance. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie, and a dark cap. The second attacker was around 180 cm tall, appeared to be between 19 and 23 years old, had a southern European appearance, and wore a blue hoodie along with a black cap. No description was available for the third attacker.
