Vandalism Strikes Sailing Club in Wedel

In the early hours of Sunday morning, a sailing club located at Strandbaddamm in Wedel was the target of vandalism, resulting in significant property damage. Unknown individuals accessed the premises, where they engaged in alcohol consumption and smoking on the club's terrace.

During their stay, the vandals left behind broken glass bottles and caused considerable destruction to several garden chairs. The estimated cost of the damages exceeds 100 euros.

The Wedel police department has launched an investigation into the incident, categorizing it as property damage. Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding the event to come forward. Specifically, they seek witnesses who may have seen individuals on the club grounds or heard any unusual noises during the night.
