Tragic Incident in Bavaria: Two Teenagers Die in Golf Cart Accident

Teunz, Bavaria - A joyful evening turned into a tragedy when two teenagers lost their lives in a horrific golf cart accident following a gathering at a youth center. The incident occurred in Teunz, located in the Schwandorf district of Bavaria, where a total of six young individuals were riding in the vehicle.

According to local authorities, the group was enjoying a late-night ride when they lost control of the golf cart around 9:40 PM on a downhill stretch of a minor road. It has been reported that the vehicle flipped over after veering off the road and collided with a tree.

Emergency services confirmed that all six occupants were ejected from the cart. The driver, a 15-year-old boy, and his 17-year-old passenger tragically succumbed to their injuries. Despite immediate resuscitation efforts by paramedics, the 17-year-old was airlifted to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

The other four teenagers sustained only minor injuries, according to police reports. They received prompt medical attention and are reportedly in stable condition.

Authorities have stated that the golf cart was legally registered for road use, with several such vehicles commonly utilized in this rural area for transportation. As investigations continue, a forensic expert has been assigned to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the accident.
