Munich: Markus Sch. and Sebastian L., the teenagers who beat to death Dominik Brunner at the Solln S-bahn station, have now been charged with murder, as reported by the Sueddeutsche Zeitung.
Both accused must answer for the death of the manager Dominik Brunner before the courts in München, with the process beginning in early spring. They stand accused of the attack which occurred on the 12th September 2009 after exiting the train with the victim who tried to prevent them bullying another group of younger teenagers. The 50-year-old man was assualted on the platform with repeated kicks and blows that were so severe that he died shortly afterwards.
Both defendants were known to the law prior to the attack.
