Multiple Injuries Reported in Serious Accident in Berlin

A serious accident occurred in the Berlin district of Wedding, where a car struck a group of pedestrians, resulting in several injuries. The incident took place at the intersection of Seestraße and Dohnagestell, as the group was crossing the street at approximately 12:50 PM on Thursday.

According to police reports, a 20-year-old driver ran a red light and collided with the group, which included children aged seven and eight years old from Moabit. While three of the children sustained minor injuries, a caregiver accompanying them was seriously injured and required immediate medical attention.

Emergency services arrived at the scene and provided assistance to a total of 19 individuals. The injured were transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
