The initial concept envisions the construction of three multi-storey buildings, each ranging from five to eight floors. Positioned across from the administrative offices of a local firm, these structures are intended to complement the existing urban landscape and continue the architectural line along the nearby railway. The developer's approach emphasizes modular construction methods, which are designed to reduce building time and promote both sustainability and cost efficiency.

Key aspects of the proposed design include the use of timber facades, the installation of photovoltaic panels, and green roofing solutions.
