Man Strips Naked on Train in Hamburg, Faces Legal Action

In a bizarre incident at Hamburg's Harburg station, a 26-year-old man, reportedly intoxicated, undressed completely while aboard an Intercity-Express (ICE) train. The event unfolded as the train was making its route from Hamburg-Dammtor to Basel, drawing the attention of the authorities.

The man, identified as a Moroccan national, was discovered by a patrol from the Federal Police while still on the train. Due to his erratic behavior, the officers were initially unable to ascertain his identity. Consequently, he was escorted to the Federal Police station in Hamburg Harburg for further investigation.

While at the police station, the situation escalated when the individual made inappropriate advances towards a 27-year-old female officer. Reports indicate he attempted to engage her with kissing gestures and touched her arm in a manner deemed inappropriate. When questioned about his behavior, he refused to provide any statements.

A subsequent breathalyzer test revealed a blood alcohol concentration of 1.98 promille, indicating significant intoxication. Following the incident, the authorities issued a ban on the man's presence in the area, and a legal case has been initiated against him for sexual harassment. The Investigative Service of the Federal Police Inspection in Hamburg is overseeing the ongoing investigations.
