A 27-year-old man has been apprehended in Fürstenwalde, located in the Oder-Spree district, after allegedly injuring several individuals while attempting to enter a store. According to police reports, the incident occurred on Monday night when the suspect confronted three men who were trying to prevent his entry into the establishment.

During the altercation, the suspect reportedly struck a 30-year-old man in the face with a stone and twisted the arm of a 32-year-old. A 22-year-old also sustained injuries during the incident. Authorities revealed that the suspect had a history of violent behavior, having attacked others prior to this event.

Witnesses intervened and managed to restrain the individual until law enforcement arrived. It was reported that the suspect was under the influence of alcohol at the time of his arrest. Upon taking him into custody, police discovered a knife on his person, which he allegedly carried while attempting to gain access to the store.

Due to the heightened tension following the incident, officers cleared the area, and emergency personnel attended to the injured parties. In addition to this incident, the suspect had allegedly assaulted a 40-year-old man at a nearby train station earlier that day. Despite receiving a warning from the police not to return, he reportedly ignored the directive.

Two weeks prior to this series of events, the suspect had visited the same store on two occasions. Initially, he attempted to steal items, and during a subsequent visit, he injured a 33-year-old man with a knife following an argument.

Earlier on the same day, the man had also assaulted passengers aboard a tram in Frankfurt (Oder) after being asked to lower the volume of his music. The attacks resulted in minor injuries to a 49-year-old woman and two men aged 33 and 45.
