Google has introduced Flow, an innovative AI tool designed to enhance video production capabilities with its generative video model, Veo. The latest version, Veo 3, can now be utilized alongside Flow, which promises to deliver improved and more sophisticated results for users.

Flow operates with the help of Google's advanced AI model, Gemini, which assists in processing user prompts for better implementation. The tool also offers a range of features for video editing, allowing users to control camera angles and perspectives with ease. The Screenbuilder feature enables users to edit and enhance recordings, create seamless transitions, and maintain consistent characters across different scenes. Additionally, Flow includes an asset management system where users can organize and store their elements and prompts effectively.

In addition to Flow, Google has launched Flow TV, a continuously expanding collection of short videos and content designed to inspire and educate viewers. This feature draws comparisons to Meta's Edits app, which showcases trending and popular videos in a social media-style feed.

Google has also rolled out a new subscription model called Google AI Ultra, available for EUR274.99 per month. This subscription provides users with the highest limits for video generation, although Google has not disclosed the specific number of videos that can be created. The subscription is designed for Google AI Pro subscribers and allows for approximately 100 video creations per month. Moreover, it offers access to other AI services, including Gemini and NotebookLM, with minimal limitations. Subscribers will also benefit from an ad-free YouTube experience and 30 GB of storage for photos, Google Drive, and email.

As the competition in the AI subscription market intensifies, several providers are launching premium plans. Recently, xAI announced a subscription priced at $300, while OpenAI's monthly fee stands at $200. Many AI services now only provide limited free versions, reflecting a broader trend toward monetization in the industry.
