Sons of the East - Jack Rollins (vocals, guitar), Nic Johnston (vocals, keys), and Dan Wallage (guitar, banjo) - originally hail from Sydney's Northern Beaches, but their unique music has taken them to corners of the world. Their sound blends folk, blues, soul, and country, encapsulating the raw vulnerability of Townes Van Zandt and Gram Parsons, paired with the soaring harmonies of Crosby, Stills & Nash and The Avett Brothers. Known for their skilled songwriting and a palpable sense of joy echoing in every note, Sons of the East have built a career marked by timeless recordings and legendary live shows that invite audience participation. Their second album, SONS, is set to be released on June 13, 2025, following which they will tour across Europe in late summer.
