Getting there:
- Train: S-Bahn lines S1 to S8, get off at "Marienplatz" or "Isartor," then about a 5 to 10-minute walk.
- Subway: U-Bahn lines U3 and U6, get off at "Marienplatz," then about a 5 to 10-minute walk.
- Tram: Tram lines 19 and 21, get off at "Kammerspiele."
Parking: Bavaria Parkgarage GmbH: Thomas-Wimmer-Ring 9a; Tiefgarage vor der Oper: Max-Joseph-Platz 4. Disabled parking is available at several locations: 3 spaces at Maximilianstraße 30, 2 spaces at Maximilianstraße 18, and 2 spaces at Falckenbergstraße 1.
Accessibility: The Schauspielhaus has level access, though entry is via two non-automated swinging doors. Accessible restrooms are located on the ground floor, and there are 4 wheelchair spaces in the theater hall. The Therese-Giehse-Halle has level access through a non-automated glass door, with accessible restrooms in the first basement accessible by elevator and wheelchair spaces available upon reservation. The Werkraum has an entrance with a wheelchair ramp and accessible restrooms in the upper floors, reached via elevator. The Habibi Kiosk has level access through a non-automated glass door.
For visually impaired and blind individuals, selected performances offer audio description and tactile tours. Audio description is provided in collaboration with "Hörfilm München - Barrierefreie Filme." During tactile tours, participants can touch stage sets, costumes, and props.
