Martin Kälberer
Martin Kälberer is back at the Elektra Tonquartier! With a unique setup featuring piano, Fender Rhodes, handpan, percussion, voice, vibrandoneon, live loops, and electronics, Kälberer creates a rich and immersive sound experience. In a trance-like state, he performs multiple instruments either sequentially or simultaneously, recording and layering sounds to build his ethereal and pulsating soundscapes.
Most recently, in October 2024, he presented his program 'Indigo Tales' at Bergson, showcasing compositions from the last five years. Now he returns to the Elektra Tonquartier for the launch of his new album 'Into the Light', featuring fresh pieces. Previously, he dedicated a composition to the new concert hall of Bergson Kunstkraftwerk, which he will perform again along with another piece, this time more electronic in nature, released as a vinyl during the internationally celebrated 'Piano Day'. The perfect venue for the launch of this new vinyl on November 21, 2025, is undoubtedly the Elektra Tonquartier, known for its unique sound concept that allows audiences to fully immerse themselves in Kälberer's captivating music. This concert promises an experience beyond all genres, deeply moving and at times feeling otherworldly.
