Parking is limited, with no direct parking available on-site. Attendees are advised to use the Gasteig parking lot at Blumengroßmarkt, where 200 paid parking spots are available from two hours before the event until 1:00 AM. A shuttle service (MVG Bus 97) will conveniently transport you to Gasteig HP8. For cyclists, there are 200 bike parking spaces available in front of Hall E.

The venue is fully accessible, featuring 14 designated parking spots for disabled individuals. Access to various halls and classrooms is available for those with mobility impairments. Accessible restrooms are located within the buildings, and a Euro key can be borrowed from the Isarphilharmonie's reception if needed.

In the Isarphilharmonie, wheelchair accessible seating is available in rows 1 to 10 of the parquet area, accommodating up to 20 wheelchair users depending on the seating arrangement. However, the tiered seating is not recommended for individuals with mobility issues due to several steep steps.
